The location offered was marvellous and absolutely perfect near a stunning scenic valley and historic village, the ‘ pub' and restaurant, and the center of Chateau d'Oeux. Also, a private university was 3 miles away.
Don’t have any issues at all.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel at home right away. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to a supermarket and the train station just a short walk away. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast, which offered a delicious mix of British and European cuisines, with fresh and wholesome options.
One of the main issues we had during our Christmas stay at this hotel was the uncomfortable accommodation in the bar area. It was a bit odd that the hotel and the adjacent bar/restaurant were separated, and the accommodations in the bar area did not provide a comfortable experience.

The separation of the hotel and the adjacent bar/restaurant was a bit odd.

Great location in the heart of the village, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is charming and clean, with a lot of character. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The room we were assigned was very noisy, located above a busy terrace where people were talking until late at night. The room was also quite small and lacked a desk for working.

Loveliest spot for our Wedding Anniversary, friendly and charming! From the moment we booked, we were looked after. The manager made our room special with chocolates and fruit, adding a personal touch. The service was excellent, always with a smile and a 'can do' attitude. Every detail, from our comfortable room to the awesome breakfast, was taken care of with great attention. The location, right in the center of town, means you pay over the odds for what's otherwise a very affordable stay. The staff were helpful and the rooms were of a reasonable size. The only tiny thing that could be improved is the lack of milk in the room for tea and coffee, but it didn't inconvenience us at all. our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to others!
Tourists from United States often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
